Leadership
Roshan Shah – Founder and Managing Partner
Roshan leads Gloscon's strategy and client outcomes. With extensive experience growing global software consulting, he partners with executives to design, build and run platforms that move business KPIs. Roshan champions an engineering‑first culture, responsible AI, and a blended onsite + nearshore + remote delivery model. He focuses on outcomes, talent quality and long‑term relationships.
Rina Shah – Partner, Operations and Delivery Excellence
Rina oversees operations, delivery excellence and talent development. She builds the playbooks, SLOs and governance forums that let teams ship quickly with quality. Her passions are enablement, creating paved roads that remove toil, and developing diverse talent through academies and apprenticeships. Rina ensures every engagement is measured, predictable and a great experience for clients.
Pankti Shah – Partner, Client Success
Pankti drives client success and growth across North America. She partners with CXOs to frame outcome‑oriented roadmaps and assembles principal‑led squads that deliver quickly and sustainably. With experience spanning enterprise platforms, ERP, and data programs, she focuses on measurable value, transparent communication and long‑term relationships. Pankti also mentors emerging leaders and champions programs that increase representation in technology.
